I think you're veyr smart to plan ahead at your age. Most people don't succeed in life because they don't plan!
You need first a four year college degree - a bachelors of arts (BA) or bachelors of science. It doesnt' really matter what subject but you should be a good writer, reader and communicator. You have to get good grades too, but doesn't have to be straight A's in everything (but the more the better).
Then when you finish college, you study and take the LSAT, which is the law school placement test. You'll want to take a good prep course, and it's like an SAT but for law school.
If you really want it, you can do it! There are many different kinds of law and during school you'll get exposed to each kind so you can decide what you like best. A lot of law degrees never work as lawyers in practice, but they are always needed by companies to be executives and help run the business side of things. You may even be a politician!

Get good grades. Take whatever the most interests you so you get the best undergraduate grades. But if you want it to build the foundation for being successful in law school, then take a lot of writing courses and "nuts and bolts" philosophy classes like logic and stuff. And don't worry at this point what kind of lawyer pays the best. Once you're in law school, you can figure out what type of lawyer you want to be and find a firm that pays a good salary for that area of law.

Get a college degee from an accredited college. Don't take Pre-law. That's a junk degree. Get a degree in something that will get you a real job. Take the LSAT. Go to law school for 3 years. Pass the bar exam. Your college GPA and LSAT score determine where you'll be accepted. Make sure you have lots and lots of money. Today, a crummy law school will cost you over $150,000. By the time you're out of college, you knows how much it will cost.

You MUST go to college first. You must be able to write very well, organize your thoughts, think logically, be creative enough to come up with impossible possibilities. Don't worry about what area to specialize in for now. You will be required to take a little of everything and then you'll see what interests you. Don't do it for the money, because if you don't enjoy what you do first of all, you'll be miserable first of all, and that's no way to live.

- develope a skill of telling lies to express opinions you dont believe

- practice the art of 'it's only wrong if you cant get away with it'

- preach that only you care about our society and the rule of law, while silultaniously doing everything you possibly can to undermine it

these traits tend to define serasoned lawyers

You'd better go to college and then law school. But if all you care about is what type pays better, please don't bother.
