For the record, if it were to be true, it would be all over the news, and Tom himself would have posted stuff on myspace, as well.
Don't believe anything you see in chain letters/emails/bullitens, because they're usually just started by some bored trouble maker who wanted to see how much commotion he/she could cause.

No, this is not true, as it makes way to much money in the way of advertisements. MySpace is a money making bonanza and is not even close to shutting down, so dont' worry about it.
