am i supposed to cut them off? or loop my arms in them?

You can cut them off but if you intend to hang the shirt it becomes a pain in the *** because it would continuosly fall of the stupid hangar. If it doesnt bother leave them on if it does then cut the suckers off but when you have problems hanging them I told you so LOL!

those are used to help keep the shirt on the hanger because it has a wide neck or something like that. just put on your shirt. dont cut them, it will be hard to hang the shirt up. and dont loop your arms in them lol. just push it to the back.

I cut mine off. They just get in the way and I don't even use them for their real purposes. (they are for hanging your shirt with a coat hanger) But I just use the sleeves for that. If you want to you can cut them off. It wont be a major loss if you do, I always find it embarrassing when I am out with my friends or somewhere and they are popping out! So if you don't use them then feel free to cut them off!

No. Those plastic strings are there so that you could hang your clothes on the hanger. What I do is cut them off because I don't hang my clothes on a hanger, but I fold mine into my drawer. It's probably there because that shirt is probably an off the shoulder top. Or it's a tank top or a tube top.

the strings r for when u hang the shirt on a hanger so it doesnt fall off
just tuck them in when u wear the shirt or u can cut them off
up to u
i cut them off bcuz its sooo annoying

You don't have to cut them off and DO NOT PUT YOUR ARMS IN THEM!!
they are so the shirt doesn't fall off of the hanger when you hang it up!

You can cut them off if you want , but they are to hang your shirt. you criss cross the loops over the top of the hanger and it stays on the hanger better.

i say cut them off. they may be for helping the shirt stay on a hanger by looping them around the hook of a hanger before putting in your closet.

they are there to hang the shirt onto the hanger, I believe, so that the shirt doesn't slide off. if the hanger has like a groove in it, you put the plastic loop in it. and then put the shir on the hanger normally.

the loops are to keep the shirt on a hanger when it's put away. if they're really irritating, you can cut them out.
