Nowhere. The Earth has a big magnetic field too....

Absolutely positively nowhere. Even if you can shield out all the electromagnetic radiation, you won't be able to stop all the neutrinos that are being generated at nuclear power plants. They'll go right through the center of the earth--there's nowhere to hide. And then there's the gravity waves...

Fear of Invisible energy waves differs little from all other fears such as fear of being mugged, murdered or becoming ill etc.,
Life is a gamble in all these areas so the best thing is to put aside your fears and get on with your life.

Due to background radiation from sources such as the rocks on the surface of the planet and cosmic radiation; there is nowhere that you could be on the surface of the earth where you could not be subjected to electromagnetic waves.

The vast empty nothingness, the unbelievable quite space, the impenetrable thickness (similar to 6 feet of lead), the completely unresponsive, unreactive and totally inert entity etc... etc... etc... of where a Tory politicians brain should be.

PLEASE NOTE: The previous statement has no relevance to anything that could possibly exist.

A deep mine shaft.

Thanks to those crazy scientisits, and their unstoppable search for neutrinos, I think I may have the place for you :

Of course, this is actually more "in" earth than "on" earth (at 6800 ft below the surface), but it was constructed solely for that purpose : to shield the experiments from any form of radiation - electromagnetic or otherwise - that would tarnish the results.

There is no place on Earth where you would be shielded from all force lines and neutrinos.

Maybe at the bottom of the ocean in one of those deep trenches that are miles deep - but I wouldn't bet on it!
