Best bet would be to start working in the industry.. see if you can find a job doing a smaller job for a company that is local... and learn.. then hopefully you can move up.. I can't think of any other way other than just doing it.. but make sure you figure out all the legal stuff before hand.. then pray that you are able to sell it later.
