And for more information.
Im a juvenile so no i don get a life sentence lol...
Ive been convicted for 2 felonies, and here in the juvenile system they call them points and if i get 3 points its just as i got one...but more time and the max time i can do is 30 days...that seems like nothing but when your in there 10 days seems like years...but anways and if you get 4 points (4 four felonys) you got to an instatution for i dont know how long. 6 months+...what im wanting is not doing 30 days or not even being convicted at all...i mean the cop shouldnt have chased me and scared the hell out of me in the first place.

The question isn't whether the lawyer can be trusted (most of them aren't about to be three-time felons), but whether you can.
If you did the crime, a private attorney isn't going to do anymore for you than an appointed one. All an attorney can do with a multiple offender is to try and "litigate to mitigate..." i.e., make the sentence lower.
P.S. Take some responsibility. You were riding a 4-wheeler illegally on the road. The cop's job is to enforce the laws. You fled and got nailed. Don't give me this "hard life" thing.

OK, the advice first: If you are a going on three time convicted felon you need some serious help. I don't want you walking around free in my state (where you live).
If your lawyers keep telling you to plead guilty I would imagine the state has some good evidence against you. It's pretty hard to beat a fleeing and eluding rap. Save your self some money and plead guilty again.
Now, grow up.

first of all, be careful what you type on yahoo answers, as it can be both incriminating and used against you in court. Second of all, I don't know the laws in washington or for juvies, but in new york, an adult who gets a third felony gets a LIFE SENTENCE.... bad news for you.
Second, if you are a juvie why are you driving a car?

hahaha solid one. checkout this comedian tale: a female posts an advert interior the newspaper that sounds like this… “finding for guy with those skills: gained’t beat me up, or run far flung from me, and is super in mattress.” She have been given a lot of telephone calls replying to her advert yet one specially stood out. After giving the guy her handle, he got here to her living house. She beginning the door for him and the guy reported, “hi, I’m Bob. I have not have been given any hands so I gained’t beat you up and no legs so I gained’t run away.” So the female says, “What makes you think of you're super in mattress?” Bob replies, “I rang the door bell didn’t I?”

3 felonies??? I don't think even Perry Mason could help you. Look through the phonebook for Criminal Attorneys.

You can trust lawyers about as well as you can trust used car dealers, landlords and politicians. They are out for money. The least amout of effort for the majority of the money.

Can all lawyers be trusted? Lawyers are people. Not all people can be trusted. But hopefully, most are.
