How do I deal with this fact? There is a legal case that is undergoing and it seems a nurse and a member of social services are either in cohoerts or are both just out to jepordise this as there are a number of details, very serious issues that are being disgarded and there have been many lies told by them so far...............what can be done about this?

Based on your disjointed question? Nothing. Based on the efforts of a competent lawyer? That is a different question. It would then depend on the facts of the case.

Go over their heads, keep detailed records, photos, reports, previous history, anything cooroberating your side. Definately have credible witnesses to help if it goes to courts. Try having alternate CPS worker and medical person investigate your case and see if that improves outcome or decision. The problem will be, once they are involved, they seem to always be ready to there at a moments notice or whim. Watch your back!!!!!!!!!! They are overwhelmed, and it's sometimes easier for system to believe it's workers decisions, rather than the possibility of them being wrong. Which can have long devastating effects for all involved.

If you are documented and I mean from day 1 and you are precise, you have a case if not forget it,your defiance can be seen as support for their side.
