From Naperville, hop on the Metra train, and that goes to Union Station (Loop area). You have a few options from there.
1. Walk 3 blocks east and get on the Brown line (Quincy Stop) (on Wells between Adams and Jackson). Take north to Belmont.
Then you can either take a walk (~15 mins) or transfer train lines. You can transfer to the red line (other side of same platform) and then get off at the next stop at Addison. If you like walking, you can get off at Belmont and walk north on Sheffield for about 10 mins and be there.

2. Walk 7 blocks east to State Street and get on the Red line (go North Towards Howard). Exit at Addison. you could also hop on a bus (151?) to get to state street.

There's a Wrigley Express bus that runs from Yorktown Mall (near Naperville).

If you are going from Northbrook, go to the Skokie Swift. Take it to the Howard El Station and take the red line directly to Wrigley Field at the Addison stop.
