Tap. Even on the rare day that the chlorine level seems elevated, I let it run a few extra seconds and it's fine. Considering that most bottled water come from a tap anyway..I don't see the sense in paying for it.

Tap water out of fridge dispenser,it's been proven that bottled water isn't as strictly controlled as household water in some areas so why buy it?
.If I'm going out I fill my own bottle and take it with me.

i buy bottled spring water...
watch for when it's on sale...
sometimes fill up the bottles at home...
and take them to work...
