And am looking for ways to help with speeding up labor...I know its real early but I have been to the hospital 4 times in 1 week for contractions being 2-5min apart and they admit me give me steriods for the babies lungs, then give me a shot to slow or try and stop the contractions...which works for a few hours but then my contractions are back to 2-5min apart...does anyone have any helpful advice or suggestions for me?

do very active things. I had to do the same thing and I raked my entire yard and it put me into labor. Some say having sex helps tremendously. Try vigorous activity.

Well, it doesn't sound like you need help with speeding up labor, sounds like the little one is already trying to come now! The real question is, is it REALLY too early to have the baby, and is the fact that the doc/nurses are trying to stop the labor a good thing, or can the baby go ahead and come now with little/no complications. That's what you should be discussing with your doc at this point. You don't need help with labor! LOL...
There are always the old classics: have sex, stimulate your nipples, take a long walk, eat spicy foods, etc. It'd be best to speak with your doc about your options at this point.
You want your baby to be healthy, and the longer you carry (within reason of course), the better for the baby.
Good luck!!!

lay down and dont do anything at all. They should have you hospitalized. The survival rate of babies drops in half when born before 36 weeks. Those that do survive tend to be autistic or disabled in other ways. Those born any more than 7 days early still suffer from lung and liver and digestive issues.
This isnt about you, its about doing everything possible for the sake of your child's life long health.
Lay down, dont you dare try to speed up labor. 10 days could make all the difference in the world.

Why would you want to speed up labor?? It is far better for the baby to reach full term before being born. You may be having false labor too. Just hang in there, I promise that baby will be born, even though it seems like you have been pregnant for 2 years!!!

Hang in there a little longer, but express to your doctor how you feel. I was in the same boat twice now, and I was induced at 35 weeks both times. They were both very healthy and did not have to go to the NICU. They are very healthy 3 and 4 year olds now. My 4 year old was born weighing 4lb 13oz and my 3 year old was born weighing 5lbs 1oz.
Just make sure to let your doctor know just how you feel. That is what I had to do, I told them that I could not take it anymore and was set up to be induced the next day both times.
