Every woman is different in her pregnancy. Most women however feel PMS like symptoms like light cramping, sore breasts, moodiness, and fatigue (that's why some don't notice they're pregnant!) around 4-6 weeks. But like I said everyone is different. =)

It's hard to say. The symptoms of early pregnancy are vague at best and can involve irritability, fatigue, mild cramping, bloating, nausea, headaches, diarrhea, and just plain feeling out of sorts. With symptoms like those it's hard to tell the difference between pregnancy, PMS, and a virus. I've always "felt" pregnant within a week of conceiving with no other way to describe it. It's like I have just always known when I was pregnant and I think alot of women have that instict as well...that they just "know" but it can also be confused by those who want to pregnant so bad they see every symptom as pregnancy.

With my 1st and 2nd, about 7 or 8 weeks except for the round ligament pains that I always get before I even miss a period. This time around, I felt queasy at 4 weeks and then it was gone for 2 weeks and back at 6 weeks.

You may feel a light fluttering around 4 and a 1/2 months with the first pregnancy, earlier sometimes with later pregnancies. It feels like butterfly wings and at first you may think it's gas gurgles in your tummy, but eventually it gets stronger and you will know that's what it is. Some baby never "flutter" but just kick and you feel a light jab. My middle child did that. Congratulations

I felt symptoms at 3 weeks. My very first symptoms were dizziness, headaches & light headedness. Then a week later, the headaches & light headedness went away & I started getting morning sickness & sore breasts. So it may very well be pregnancy symptoms. Good luck!

I was about 9 weeks before I felt any symptoms. And I was about 12 weeks before I could FEEL anything, like a bump or hardness.

Unless you get morning sickness, and sore breasts, you won't feel anything for about 3 months, then your stomach will start to get hard and you'll get a lump.

you know its hard to say...some woman know instantly...I was a lil suspicious at just 2 or 3 weeks...and it came back positive, it all depends on you and how well you know your body...
