As part of a new psychological test of astronauts on-orbit, to determine how rapidly they might become insane -- no I don't think NASA would be mad.
Just be sure to wear your fluorescent pink space suit when you do it, though.

Not Ashlee Simpson music. These are astronauts dammit. They only listen to macho man type music. The Stones would do nicely.

Probably, but mostly because you managed to violate their radio systems to do so. If you did manage to do that, I would be more worried about the NSA than NASA.
