Yes you can. I have been trying to conceive #2. With number one, I had super bad morning sickness likke 4 days after I had sex. I didn't know what it was at that time, but it was horrible. I thought I had a stomach virus. That is what is happening now, I am hoping that I am preggo. Good Luck and I hope you get pregnant.

Generally you get morning sickness because your hormone levels have changed to such a degree that your body cannot handle it. In most cases that level is reached at the same point that a HPT can show a positive.
Even more likely than that, its the fact that most women tend to have a twinge of anything and assume its pregnancy. As a result their bodies act all the more so like they are. Even when theyre not.
Its not impossible, by any means, but for your sanity its better to just brush it off and wait until youre late enough to take a test.
If youre very sure you're pregnant, and its still too early to take a HPT, go to your doctor and insist on blood work, its more sensitive.

I had morning sickness about 5 days before my test showed positive. I just knew I was pregnant, but the test wasn't showing it. Finally, the test revealed what I already knew.

Yes I did. Only with this pregnancy (my 3rd). That is the reason I took a test 2 days before my period was due. I was queasy for just few days and then it went away for 2 weeks and now it is back and going strong.

Maybe your so excited your making yourself sick! Is this all you can think about, are you extremely excited to be pregnant or upset about it - if so then you maybe thinking about it too much and yes causing yourself to be sick about it.
Calm down, do something else, take a walk, go to a movie - give your self a break from thinking about it for a bit and maybe you'll feel better.
I can identify with being excited and anxious and focused on it, I 've been there, and yes I too have made myself sick from thinking about something so much.
Hang in there, you'll be fine.

Doctors aren't sure exactly what factors cause morning sickness, although htp is one of the big ones. You have something new and fireign forming in your body so yes, this is normal at any stage.

I had pretty much all the early signs of pregnancy by 7 dpo. That is way to early to test. My family kept telling me i was pregnant and my period wasn't even due yet.

Yes, your body reacts to the pregnancy before the tests do, you just don't always pick up the signs.
