I wear mine on my left...but good question!

Most people wear their watch on their left wrist, especially if they are right handed. I am left handed and wear mine on my right wrist. Why? Because it's easier to work the clasp or buckle with your dominant hand. Also if I'm doing something else with my dominant hand I can still look at my watch.
I don't think there are really any rules. Whichever feels easier to you to put it on and to look at it.

It's a matter of personal preference. My daughter always wears hers on her right wrist even though she is right-handed.

its the right hand for women, and the left for men!!!!
