Why is it that people like Carnial Mohoney of Los Angeles Calif. allowed to tell people how to vote and how to break the law by being here illegally and stay here as well as alot of other topics. But mainly how to vote and also goes as far as campaigning for a person, and yet the federal goverment does nothing to stop it?

I don't know exactly what your question is, but I think I have an idea. If you are asking why church and government mix even though they aren't supposed to, then my answer is this:
There are some churches with political power in them and this gave Government the idea to say let's not let people's beliefs get in the way of school or things like that, but we'll mix with them anyway. Honestly, I don't know why the government does what it does, but i trust the law system anyway. I don't break the law, but i don't trust it either.

You are actually mistaken when you say "the law states they cannot". It does not state that they can, or that they can't. So many outspoken people have been on the "separation of church and state" bandwagon for so many years now that many people like yourself believe it exists as law. It currently does not. Read the Constitution, specifically, the First Amendment.

So democrats shouldn't be allow to show up in black churches and tell them to vote for them right?

No preachers should be out like Jackson or Sharpton telling what the courts should do before the evidence is even heard?

Or does that just apply to conservatives?

I don't have a problem with churches getting involved in political causes as long as they pay taxes. Part of the agreement about churches staying out of government affairs was that they would stay tax-exempt. They are abusing that status when they get involved in political causes. In other words, pay up or stay out.

historically the church is the original form of government .
And its not a law for them to mix,it is in my opinion a monopoly though to absolute powers coming together for one purpose. Not all together in our best interest but in there's.
