There is really no wholesale license in the USA. In most States, you will need to apply for a resale permit. A resale permit is issued by the State so that you don't need to pay sales tax when you purchase goods from wholesaler. However, you need to collect sales taxes when you sell to consumers and remit to the your State.

I only konw some coutries like Japan. You have to get a member card to enter the wholesale center.
