Hell, yeah!!! 2nd generation trekkie!!
Tie between Original Series and Next Generation, although Deep Space 9 also had it's moments.
I'm a lifelong Spock fan, but Worf is also really cool (it's all about the voice).
Currently contemplating dressing as Uhura for Halloween.

I love it all, but my favorite series is Deep Space 9 and my favorite character has to be...jeez, I can't pick just one. There are so many deep, multi-faceted characters in the Trek universe that I'd hate to shut any out. Here's a list:
Spock, Kirk, McCoy, Scotty, Data, Worf, the whole cast of DS9, Tom Paris, The Doctor and, of course, Reginald Barkley.

I liked that crabby doctor best in the original - Bones,McCoy,whatever - but NEXT GENERATION was vastly superior. The kid was my favorite.
