we want to add another trailer to the one we have. What is the best way to combine electric and not raise the bill so high. Also safety is involved.

Grey Bird is correct. The others are wrong. Have an electrician wire the new trailer electric panel as a sub panel to the original trailer panel. This will be done with a 4 wire feeder. It is safe and pretty simple to do if you know all the codes and methods. Connecting the panels will have no effect on your electric bill. Turning things on in the new trailer will.

You would run a 100 amp subfeed from your panel to the new electric panel. This should be enough unless your going to try running electric heat and another stove in the add on trailer. I would personally use a #3 wire in conduit coming down from the 1st panel, going into the ground 18 inches, coming back up to the new panel. You will be using a 100 amp breaker on both ends.

have a electrican run a wire from the breaker box(the one your1st trailer is hooked to) to the 2nd trailer with its own separate breaker.
i would not suggest you do this unless you have worked with an electrican and know what size breaker, wire, pipe and codes to follow.

run a line from the main of the first trailer to the second elect box of the second one, , at least a # 6 wire, set,
But your bill will still go up, [more elect being used]
