Body fluids show up under black lights. Go to a novelty shop and get one.

Semen is a protein just like blood, and urine which can be detected through the use of a black light. I don't know why you would want to look for a semen stain on clothes other than you haven't done laundry and don't know if the articles are clean or not, or if you are trying to catch someone in your life that may be cheating. If the latter is the reason for this testing then it's time to end the relationship because a relationship is based on trust. When there is no trust there is no relationship!!!!!!!!!!

Use a black light if you really want to know. You don't need a lab to show you.

It will glow under a black light (uv) but only if you have not washed it. Ask Monica Lewinsky
