trouble sending envelope to singapore T_T?

Question

i sent a page through the mailbox because the reciever couldnt go to the post office to pick it up, and I put her adress on there which is (*'s replacing actual numbers)

Blk ** Commonwealth DR.
#**-*** Singarore ******
Attention-Charlotte

it got sent back with a stamp that said insufficient adress. What do i do?! it needs to be there by sept. 7

Why don't you phone her to double-check the address? Perhaps it's correct but your handwriting was hard to read? The block no. and # no. are very important, as is the 6-digit postal code.
