I want to start working on my own and making my own money and ws wondering if anyone had any good ideas where I can make good money where I do not need alot of training that I can do local and not over the internet?

I am not looking to invest into any programs or pay out on anything.

I have considered sub-contracting but thought i would come on here to see what you or someone you know or you have heard was a good way to earn my own money.

I am serious about this so any stupid wastefull answers will be reported.

What are your skills? What about mowing lawns? or Starting up a courier service for lawyers & business people?

Anymore, the internet is the way to go. I live in a small town and without the internet, I wouldn't have a job!!

A hot thing around most large cities is doggie poop picker upper. $7 per dog per week, three visits a week. Poop is disposed of at the owner's garbage, you only need boots, a shovel, trowel, bucket with bleach water, paper towels & some doggie biscuits. You can find info online about this, it's been the newest fad for about 5 years now. People pay in advance per week, per month, etc. Also discounts go to owners who own two or more dogs.

The local dog magazine went from one listed 4 years ago to about 6 now. They even did a feature on two of them. You work your own hours, pay your own taxes, have to have a car, but you're on your own and can make it as functional as you want.

Interior painter is another. You'd need supplies and ladders, drop cloths, etc.

If you find one, let me know...preferably one where I can take a nap mid-day.
