Is Charlie Weis gonna get canned the same way Willingham got it after three years? Weis got to ride on Willingham's recruit of Brady Quinn his first two years, and now they look as sorry as ever and won't finish with a winning record.

I was wondering when this question was coming. It was a mistake to fire Ty Willingham, it would be a mistake to fire Charlie Weis. Its as simple as that. No reason to start having people playing the race card with this and bantering back and forth.

Hey man, it's the beginning of the season. And most of last game's loss is on the O-Line and Jones. Clausen is the new QB this week, and we'll see how he does. And you gotta give Weis a break, he has to replace starters at every position except 1.

Everyone seems to think that the Georgia Tech win over Notre Dame was a big upset. They only lost to ND by one point last year. They returned like 8 starters on offense and defense. Tenuta's defense is one of the best in the country. While it hurts for ND to lose the first one, it wasn't like the cupcake games you see around the country.

He could be canned, he's definitely on the hot seat. The loss to G-Tech was humiliating, only overshadowed by Michigan's historic loss. With Penn State coming up, it doesn't look like it's going to be any easier. I wouldn't be suprised if he got canned at the end of the season if it turns out badly, Nortre Dame seems to have a 3-year rule for their coaches. I don't remember, but I thought Bob Davie was also coach for only 3 years.

Guess again...The savior is about to start...and his name is Jimmy Clausen...Notre Dame will go 8-3...or 9-3 if they're playing 12 games...I can't remember...*L*...Sure, they will probably lose to Michigan and definitely USC...but they will win the rest...
