There were no sequels made for this movie. There was a sequel to the book called " For the Love of Audrey Rose" but the film was never made. There were movies with similar themes but they were not linked to this one.
There was also a remake of the movie Audrey Rose which went straight to DVD, maybe that will generate a sequel who knows.

Update: No sequel to the movie, but I read that they're re-making it. I think it's supposed to be a straight-to-DVD movie.

Your first two answerers are correct... a sequel to AUDREY ROSE (the film) was never made. Only the book got a sequel.
However, a remake of AUDREY ROSE is tentatively scheduled for direct-to-video release later this year...
