Caffeine has some benefits & Possible Problems.

Problems like, disruption of sleep-cycles, exhaustion, Reduction of dopamine resulting in depression , Causing Breast Tenderness etc etc attributed to it are alarming.

What do you say?

But one thing everything is documented & not Medically proven. Sorta relief!

I agree buT really hard To live wiThouT iT. I am going Thru major wiThdrawl as I have quiT cold Turkey.

Another thing it causes is bone loss because it interrupts the absorption of calcium. This is medically proven. The problems do not show up until later in life when osteoporosis begins. So even though now you may not notice the effects, you will later on. Also bone loss in the jawbones has been shown to cause loss of teeth. It is like everything else to be used in moderation so there will be no harmful effects. The FDA is going after the makers of products like Energy and other high caffeine drinks because of the effects on the heart as it disturbs and causes heart arrhythmia.

I disagree, I have about 2 or 3 red bulls daily,after working out. I drink coffee 2or 3 cups when I want to. I don't drink soda,only because I don't like soda. Caffeine is no problem for me.

if Caffeine is my most dangerous vice then fine. I won't loose control of a vechile as a result of being under the influence
I like iced coffee. oh well. tobacco is alot more offensive

For some these symptoms might be true. There I times I have a problem sleeping if I drink too much coffee too late.

I get so sick of all of this kind of stuff. Every single week someone is saying that some food or drug is now bad for a person. I like my morning coffee and by golly I am gonna have it

Everything should be consumed in moderation...i have caffeine two time a week... although some can not do that because of its high addiction factors

No,it's good for the brain,stimulated neuron transmission,etc. You do think better. Just avoid it after 6 p.m.

I've also head that it can be useful in preventing Alzheimer's especially in women over 35 and that it helps prevent memory loss. There are pros and cons...

Personally i think this might even be included to controlled drugs in the future. just eat an apple in the morning
