i am in michigan, and they don't have friendly's here anymore =( you are soo lucky, they used to have the BEST ice cream i remember

I miss Friendly's that used to be the restaurant myself and hubby would take kids to, but they dont have any in TN. But every time we go to visit family and friends in New York that is the first stop once we get to one. Reeses Pieces sundaes and the Quesidas are my favorite.

Growing up we had one in my hometown walking distance from my high school. We used to skip class and go get the ice cream sundae that looked like a clown. Unfortunately since moving out of New Jersey they don't have any in Las Vegas.... bummer.

The 3 or 4 Friendly's in our area are all nice. Clean, nice staff, good melts, good ice cream, good service.

Friendly's is a family favorite althought it always seems dirty to me and I hardly leave there without a stomach ache

Yeah. They have great ice cream, fried clams, and burgers. Though, Ben & Jerry's has better ice cream.
