extract 2 as perfect square for the 4 yields 2 rad 18
from the 18 use the 9*2 and extract 3 as perfect square of 9
yielding 2*3 rad 2 = 6 rad 2

or you can say rad 72 = rad(4*2*9)
extracting the perfect squares of 2 and 3 from the rad (4*2*9)
is 6 rad 2
