Yes removed my own mole with a scalpel blade and cauterised it with a sulphur match. It worked ok as it was just a very small mole (it had to go because it kept catching on my necklace) I would definately NOT recommend it for a big mole though as they have long roots and need to be cut out whole.
Scarred up quite well but I am covered in scars anyway so I didnt really worry about that.
I have also stitched my own wounds twice before, that took a lot of self control and hurt like hell but it worked and I didn't get infected.

I cut off a skin tag once. It hurt like hell but it healed okay.
And I used a laser to remove a wart (I work with a low-powered laser used for metal engraving). It also hurt, it felt like my hand was burned beneath the skin. I didn't think it had worked, but a few days later the wart was gone.
I would never do anything as big as taking off a mole or cutting webs between toes. That's some serious stuff that will require stitches.

yes i did... a couple years ago i cut off several tiny moles from my neck. a had a couple drinks to get my nerve up, but not enough to be drunk and cut myself. i just pulled the moles so i could get the razor under them good and sliced them off. it was basically painless. the next day they were just little scabs and in a couple days, completely gone. for bigger moles you can tie a string around the base of the mole to cut off the blood supply to it. in a couple days it will fall off. a doctor actually told me that one. she said that way, if it's a bigger mole u wont run the risk of it being a bleeder if it happens to be on a vein. anyway it wasnt bad at all. i will do it again if they grow back.

Yes, I did cut a mole off my wrist. It bleed quite a bit. I poured alcohol on it,scotch,I think it was,put a band aid on it . Took that off the next day. It healed nicely. The mole never came back and I left no scar.

I wasn't paying $253 for a hospital vasectomy when I could do the job myself with a triple shot of Crown Royal, my Leatherman multitool, a soldering iron (for cauterization) and some Bactine.

Soebody once told me I'd cut off my nose to spite my face but I looked in the mirror and if that's what I did,I guess I did it well. I look fine and i guess I grew a new nose or something.

My husband said my eyebrows were bushy, so I let him stick Duct tape to them and ripped quite a few hairs out. OUCH, and my eyebrows were very sore and red for a week after.
Moral of this true tale.. Never listen to your F***ING Husband. Or Do the same to him, see how he likes it.

I accidentally drilled a hole in my thumbnail the other week. (hopelessly clumsy) I've glued my shattered nail with superglue and filed the hole with araldite. It looks ok once filed down with a nail file.
