How many of you would be content to allow our (elected) MP's to hand over to The (un-elected) European Parliament most of the responsibility for making decisions affecting the future of Great Britain.

This would include matters concerning National and International Security, The Health Service, British Law, Policeing, Housing, Employment, Defence, Overseas Policy, Immigration, and pretty much anything else you care to think of.

If you think we should give up our rights as an independent nation, and pass on this responsibility to the unelected Brussels MEP's, Vote YES.

If you think we should continue to administer our own affairs, and require our very expensive MP's to actually do something to earn their keep, Vote NO.

nicely specific, many of the Treaty continues to be the comparable because of the fact the unique shape. it is because of the fact many of the Treaty bargains with the pre-contemporary regime we've been celebration to for the previous 40 or so years. The Treaty consolidates all previous Treaties besides as including some new advantageous properties. It additionally takes some away. to declare that the Treaty is considerably unchanged is to forget with regard to the context wherein it particularly is made. it is likewise, specific, VERY unreadable, yet no longer by purpose. in contrast to a nationwide shape, this could be a attorney's checklist and a TREATY between international locations, no longer a %. between human beings of one state. It bargains with maximum of intricacies and whithertoes which no person of their precise innovations could opt to examine for excitement. It must be unique and specific, and for that reason sacrifice clarity, with the intention to make advantageous each concept is nailed down and no-you could still avert eu regulation. you may make it readable yet then it may be an quite anarchic regime as member states could locate approaches of circumventing paying for and merchandising rules that are meant to furnish a point enjoying container. What nationwide shape do you realize is going into as a lot element because of the fact the Lisbon Treaty on economics? i'm advantageous Valerie Giscard D'Estaing's expenses have been produced from context, and he certainly pushes for referendums in Member States.

There isn't a European Constitution, so there's nothing to actually have a vote about! All MEPs are elected, which is why larger countries have a larger say, at present.
Further intigration can only benefit all parties. Get on with it!
