Right now I would rate them below zero. They don't respond to emails. We don't necessarily pay for this service but the advertisers do! If Yahoo doesn't want to provide customer service maybe the advertisers should find out. I've seriously thought about going elsewhere. They violate people that haven't done anything bad instead of going after the ones that are blatantly in violation!

I am not very happy with it at all. I have challenged several questions that they have deleted for not following guidelines and have never heard back. That is NOT good customer service.
I do expect more from such a big provider.

Trust me they don't even care about the paying customers.

OK. The one time I had to contact them, got an answer within 24 hours. Didn't help, but good things to try.

Yeah it is all about 'customer care'. You are the 'customer' and they don't 'care.'
Or 'Customer Relations', 'They did not have relations with that customer.'

It's like yelling into a canyon. They just echo back what you say to them and nothing gets resolved.

Hollywood doesn't rate home movies, and there is a good reason for that.
