I am having the worst pain on the right side of my uterus. I just had my period 2 weeks ago, so I dont think a tubal pregnancy is possible, unless its possible to have a tubal pregnancy and have your period? Is that possible? I have had cysts before so thats a possibility as well, although this feels different.

It is possible to have your period when you are pregnant, but usually it is lighter than a normal period. Tubal pregnancy is very serious, and can be a medical emergency. However, most woman with tubal pregnancies have them resolves on their own (miscarriage), or are already aware that they are pregnant. If you take a home pregnancy test and it comes up positive, then this may be a concern.
More likely, because you just had your period, the cause is a ruptured cyst. This is very painful, and can feel different depending on the location and size of the cyst. This often happens after your period because of the changes in hormones.
If the pain is localized, I would stick with cyst rupture, however, if the pain spreads to your general abdominal area, and you begin to vomit or feel nauseous, this could be appendicitis and you need to seek immediate medical attention.
Another possibility is kidney stones, however this is incredibly painful, and most often you feel flank (back pain) with them. If I were you I would call my health professional (MD or nurse practitioner) and describe the symptoms you are having, and see if they want you to come in and be seen.

Cramping is very common in early pregnancy, it's your uterus stretching to make room for the baby. With a tubal there is usually a lot of pain and even some bleeding. My mother has had two tubals when I was in my early teens and I remember the pain she was in both times.

Yes it is possible to have your period. I had a tubal pregnancy and had my period actually a longer then usual one, go get checked, you don't want to wait to long, they can rupture and cause serious problems and even death.

Either is a possibility. I would strongly suggest going to see your doctor. I've had both, and either one can lead to serious complications if not taken care of.
