like people to people ambassador program?

Question

are there any student ebassador programs where you get to travel to Europe and Asia, etc etc. but less expensive than like 17,000 dollars. beacuse i really would love to go to amazing places but i dont have the money like that to spend. i have good grades and all but not that much money to spend.
thanks to anyone who knows of anything.
