the only way convert a car from gas to hybrid is to do it your self. you need a good knowledge of all systems and know how to fabricate your own parts. it is very time consuming and very expensive

Unless you have loads of money you're just dying to waste, I wouldn't try it. Instead, buy a hybrid car.
