It's down to the gene lottery. My brother went fairly bald in his late twenties but my sister and I have always had a good head of hair.

I suspect you are suggesting that they have different fathers, but the fact is that male pattern baldness is inherited from the mother's side.
Hair loss is part of the maternal DNA heritage of a child, but is not a definite inheritance characteristsic, which is why you do see bald men whose sons have a full head of hair and vice versa, or some are bald in a family and others are not.
In my late husband's family, his father had a full head of hair as did two of his four sons, the others started balding at a very early age ~ just like their mother's brother and father.
Baldness is a lottery!
Cheers :-)

You know i noticed that in alot of the pictures of prince William and I think the reason is because of all the pressure for him to get married and produce an heir to the throne, that there can make someone loose their hair. And I think that prince Harry does not worry about alot of things like his older brother does.

It seems to occur among some males in that family and not others. Have you noticed that Prince Charles is balding but his brother Andrew isn't? Still, it's kind of a shame that Prince William's hairline is receding at the age of 25. I know it happens but it seems that he is a little young for that to start occurring.

genetics and age...
And as much as I believe their mom was shagging everything she could, the fact is baldness is more a factor of the genes from the mom and not the dad. Look at thier mom's brother he's pretty bald now isn't he.... Expect them both to be bald later on.

cos william takes very much after his dad, physically, whereas harry seems like dianas side of the family
IG64, not at all, the brother has a nice head of hair, whereas the windsors, are right baldies, look at edward and philip and charlie. balding is caused by high levels of testosterone, thats why women go a bit thin after menopause, their testosterone is taking over because their female hormones have diminished.

One of my sons is balding, the other is not. Luck of the gene draw. And there is no question that they have the same father.
