Most commercial furniture uses locks that have a number stamped on them... I'd check that first... If there is a number on the lock, then you can contact the manufacturer for a new key.
If there's no number, then your best bet is a locksmith, to get them open without damaging the furniture.
Good Luck

Sometimes you can slide something thin in the crack between the lock and the desk. Depending on the quality of the desk, sometimes you can stick something like one side of a pair of tweezers or another key that will fit in the hole and jiggle it around until it opens. If it's a cabinet door you can pop off part of the back and stick your hand in and release the lock with your hand, again depending on the quality of the desk.(the better the quality the harder to get into) GOOD LUCK!!

Depending on the desk/drawer style. Some can be jimmied, but if it is a quality lock, you might be better off calling a locksmith.

Pick the lock ,easier if an old style lock.
drill the lock out ,drill through the centre ,
Get a lock smith in.
If possible remove the hinge pins
OR
Go to his house and tell him to find the bloody keys .you then may be won`t have to worry about the desk as he may fire you.
