Call the doctor's office, and ask what you can take for your symptoms.
Tylenol is safe, but he/she needs to recommend a decongestant or antihistamine.
It won't hurt the baby, and neither will your cold.

Call your doctor. There are medications that are safe to take during pregnancy, but you need to get them okayed with your doctor first. Every situation is different, and you will hear so many different tidbits of advice that most will be complete nonsense. Ask about Sudafed and Tylenol, but don't take anything before you consult your doctor. Hope you feel better! And by the way, your baby is probably nice and comfortable whether you are miserable or not, so you can put your mind at ease about that.

Hopefully you will see your DR. I had the flu when I was 5 months & wasn't able to take anything but a little tylenol. You are so close to delivery- don't risk harming your baby. Good luck, it will run it's course- drink plenty of fluids!!

No, your cold wont be harmful to the baby unless you get too dehydrated, or stop eating healthy. If I remember correctly, Sudafed is amond the "safe" medicines to take while preggo. Cal your OB's office to make certain. Feel better!

You need to see the doctor to make sure you don't have a bacterial infection that needs antibiotic medication. Your doctor will let you know what medications (yes, there are some) you can take to alleviate your symptons.

I am just getting over that. I took Tylenol Cold (that is what was on my sheet from the doctor). It didn't work for me, so I just waited it out. It has been a week.

um... boy that's a tough one. Listen if your baby isn't due for a while then the baby should be fine. And if you rest up then you should be fine to. Your baby is in no harm.

yikes, go to the doctor! If whatever it is, is a bacterial infection and left untreated..sure, it can be harmful to the baby!
