Depends on the job. Usually it is on the third day they it is considered job abandonment, but each company is different. If you want your job, call in or show up and be prepared for grovel for you job back. At minimum you'll be branded a flake.
If I were your manager, I might let you have your job back (with a decent excuse) but I'd leave you on probation for at least 30 days (more likely 60-90) because it would take at least that long to earn my trust again.

I'm not you boss, babe, but I'd be very pissed off if I were.
Call 'em right now and you better have a damn good excuse to 'em.
Three days without going to job and you'll be fired as soon as possible.

why didnt you show up?? why didnt you call in?? i would guess you might be fired, but it would depend on what kind of job it is.... i would just call them, and explain whatever the situation was to them... if that doesnt help, theres nothin you can do besides find another job, and ask yourex/current employer to give you a good reference.

Did they call you? A great excuse(but you have to make sure it's believable a performence on your part) is that you left town for an emergency or got arrested in mexico or that you and your spouse/lover had a BAD breakup and play on their sympathies...good luck!

Depends on you jobs policies, whether you have a union contract, and how nice your boss is. If you had a good reason, call work, apologize, explain and tell them when you will return. If not, tell them you missed work due to personal reasons, apologize, and le them know when you are able to return. They will let you know if you still have a job.
If you have a union, call the union steward and ask them how to handle it.

I would assume you quit. if you came in to work, i'd explain that your job no longer exists.
i'd tell you that you abandoned your position when you simply did not show up or call in with a reason.

Two days without call in in. Ouch! most companies will terminate you for that unless you have one h.e.l.l of a good reason.
Like car wreck and had to be taken to hospital !
Like one of your parents had to be hospitalized because of almost dying of heart attack and having to have emergency surgery.
It has got to be good and you are going to have to have proof.

you were kidnapped?
you dont have a telephone?
It depends how important your job is if you are a shop assistant then probably, if you are higher up maybe not
Good Luck!

No, your still hired. I did that once (no call no show) and then decided to quit two days later. They were even upset with me for still deciding to quit, wtf?
You can go back to work if you choose to.
