You should start feeling symptoms at around two weeks. You many not recognize them unless you've been pregnant before because they can mimic other health problems such as upset stomach or breast tenderness caused by menstrual cycles.

With my first pregnancy, after a couple of weeks I started to feel very tired (as in sleeping 12 hours on the weekends and wanting more). I can't believe it, but I did this for a month before I went to the dr. When I did, I found out I was about 5 or 6 weeks pregnant. Shortly after that I starting have some nausea.

With my 2nd pregnancy, I thought I had a flu as I was violently sick to my stomach. After a couple of days I took a pregnancy test and it was positive. I was about 3 weeks along that time.

Only symptoms I had was sore nipples which I had since I ovulated. then about 2 days before AF was supposed to arrive I had cramping. Thought for sure AF was coming.
I am 6 weeks pregnant now and still have cramping and now my boobs are sore as well as my nipples. I feel bloated and get heartburn when I lay down at night and occationally during that day.

Hope that helped. and Good Luck

If by symptoms you mean morning sickness, etc., you may not. Not everyone has morning sickness and pregnancies vary not only from person to person, but from pregnancy to pregnancy (I had morning sickness with my first 2 pregnancies, but not with my 3rd). I'd do a home pregnancy test and go from there.
