Open Windows media player
Plug your mp3 player
When Windows media player recognise the mp3 player
Go to the SYNC tab
On the left are the music in your pc
On the right it is your Mp3 player
Click Tool > Option > Devices > Your mp3 > Properties > Quality > Select Quality > Slide the bar to 54Mb/hr (128kbs) > ok.
Select the music you want and drag them to the right side
And click Sync when you are done
Im sure you will have more than 25 songs on your mp3 player this time!

How large are your music files? The amount of music that can fit depends on the size of your music files. As an example, if your music files are around 4Mb each then your MP3 player should be able to hold 128 files. If they are around 5Mb then 102 files. The larger the files, the less songs can fit.

if your player can play wma rip your music using windows media to the smallest settings and put on 10x as much music

Reduce the sample rate. It is likely set to 256kbs or more now.

take your music off player... in 'my computer' right-click the player icon, and choose: format/fat and ignore quick format....
it may be full of junk files...
