How big a hole? If just a small one, best to use a carbide bit hole saw at slow speed after drilling a pilot hole. Pilot hole is just a normal twist drill bit about 1/8" in the center of your hole templet.I have 4" holes saws at home there may be some bigger but the bigger around you get the more chance of chipping the corian. Over about 3" start drilling from back side MOST of the way thru then drill rest from front. If you want a larger hole, like for a sink or something use a jig saw.

Corian "works" a lot like wood..use a hole saw but don't force it; let the saw do the work.

Work with corian just like wood. Hole saws, jig saws, drill bits, etc.

Similar to wood, yes. But, you will find that using a "metal-cutting" blade in your jigsaw, etc. will work great! Also use metal-cutting holesaws, etc.
