First try reporting the bully. If that doesn't help then have a meeting with the parents of the bully.
Then if that doesn't help, stand up to the bully and
let the bully know you will no longer tolerate his/her
behavior. Never show fear when confronted with a bully. Sometimes asking the bully "why"can throw
the bully off guard. My daughter was tormented
by this same girl for 2 years. One day the bully
pushed my daughter on the bus and my daughter
pushed back. That girl left my daughter alone after that.

Bullies are scared and lonely souls who suffer from very low self-esteem. The best thing to do with a bully is to ignore him or her, but try to show compassion and kindness at the same time. Bullies are only cured through love and acceptance, as it allows them to see they are as good as anyone else on this planet. They also begin to realize that being unkind and hurtful is not the road on which they will find any sense of inner peace and happiness!
Hope that helps a little and that you have a wonderful week! Annie

Look up what happened during the Columbine Massacre, you shouldn't do what they did, but you should still kill them. When you have a problem with some people at school, don't just shoot up the school, wait until you see them outside of school and kill them then. Some people think this is excessive, buts its not, the only people that think it is a bad idea to kill your bully, are the ones that are doing the bullying.

I think bullies need to be dealt with pretty harshly. If you are being bullied, you need to be prepared to defend yourself. Stand your ground. Most bullies are under the impression that they can get what they want without getting hurt. If you make them fear for their safety, they will leave you alone.
If you are a teacher or a parent, you need to speak with the bully's parents and have them make sure it doesn't happen again.

Stand up to him.
There was this bully who picked on my little sister when we were in school. Every day on the bus, he would spit in her hair. Everyone would look the other way because they were all scared of him. Well, I got sick of it. When he spit in her hair again, I walked right up to him, smacked him in the head, and sucker punched him in the gut. He didn't pull anything like that again on anyone on our bus.
