I don't wear skirts that short.
First off, I dress with modesty and dignity and short skirts are neither. ( I mean really come on, if nothing else the knees make the leg look like eeewww, I have seen one woman that had a short skirt on and her knees were pretty enough to wear it, but most girls knees are not that pretty.)
Plus if I didn't dress with modesty, my legs are so ugly that there would be car crashes, from drivers trying to look away so fast.

I would say that i barely wearning skirts , even if i'm a girl,so i would not wearning a short skirt ..... and i shouldn't

it's all about how you want yourself looked upon. your style is your style you shouldn't worry about what others say or think. you should know who you are!
but i guess that's not always possible theses days...
