I don't even know where to start answering this question. To begin with, the moronic WALMART cheer you have to do every day, along with your exercise and cheerleader class are enough to make the job undesireable. As a yard spotter, you are moving trailers belonging to a huge number of companies, and you know that a moment of inattention can result in tens of thousands of dollars worth of property damage, for which you will ultimately be liable, as Walmart won't back you up when it comes to insurance payouts. They'll pay the claim, but you'll be on the streets. Working at a Walmart DC, you can see that the majority of the people working with you are held to 36 hours a week, and do not qualify as full time employees, so they don't get the benefits available to the full timers. The overt mistrust and close supervision you get must make you feel like a little kid kept inside the fenced yard. I guess the answer is that there is nothing wrong with YOU working for Walmart, but I wouldn't do it. I won't even shop at Walmart.

Nothing if you have no higher aspirations and need to make money, work yourself through school or just want a little extra money....work is work, at least the people working at Kmart are not saying they can't find any jobs that they will take or asking me to pay their bills for them
