I do not eat healthy. I usually put off eating until I am starving; it's a bad habit I have - putting off eating. I don't do because I think I will lose weight (because I don't) - I just don't eat on time.
I recently started back exercising - like yesterday. I want to keep it up because i put on a lot of weight over the past nine months, and I at least don't want to be so tired when I go out hiking and stuff.
I am not really healthy, but trying my best to be; actually let me rephrase that - I am healthier than some people, but I can be better - and there are things I can do to help that.

some times i have a healthy lifestyle but when i go out of town then it all changes but i still try to eat healthy and i started to exercise more

well i dont see the point in trying any harder to be healthy, if your happy the way your lifestyle is, whats the point in changing it just to say your a healthier person... i do as much exercise as i like and need, and I'm not paranoid about what i eat...

I'm allergic to exercise, but I do love to swim and walk. Get a lot of swim in the summer, but not enough walking in the fall/winter.
Have a vitamin regime I follow, plus daily dose of fiber. Also watch calories and cholesterol intake.
Sounds difficult, but mainly a no-brainer. The results have been fantastic.

Yes. No junk food or fast food for me. I only eat when I am hungry (which is usually just lunch and supper), and I exercise every day. There's no excuse not to....it only takes 15-20 minutes. If I can do it, anyone can.
