Do Libs do stuff like that?

Or do they just enjoy the freedom that someone else pays for?

(For those of you who are curious, Bush has.)

This question isn't so much about Hillary or Obama. It's about Libs in general.

Yes, Hillary has visited Normandy, as First Lady. I don't know about Obama and don't really care. So when did you make your trip to Normandy? As a conservative die hard you have made this trip right? You must have, or you wouldn't be haranguing liberals right?

"The USS George Washington was the center piece for the celebration of the 50th anniversary of D-Day. The celebration began in Portsmith England were the President of the United States and other officials came onboard. Over 200 D-Day veterans were also onboard and were honored for the sacrafice they and others made on July 6th, 1944.

While onboard the President reenlisted 62 crew members of the USS George Washington.

This time was a once in a lifetime oppritunity for crew members to meet the President and first lady, along with the Chief of Naval Operations, Admiral Mike Boorda. The President took time for the crew and ate with them as well as answer questions and listen to concerns."

Freedom that someone else paid for?

You mean like Cheney using deferments, and Bush hiding our in the National Guard to stay out of Vietnam-- a war they believed in, but just didn't want to participate in? They let others risk life in their place.

Why is visiting Normandy the acid test? Doesn't everyone think WWII needed to be fought? This topic makes no sense.

Of course "libs" do stuff like that. What difference does it make if Obama and H. R. C. have or have not visited Normandy? If they feel they need a photo op saying "see how I support our war dead" they may do that. Funding veterans hosipitals for the living seems to be more productive than visiting some cemetary.

you particularly need to income greater time studying approximately him because of the fact your question shows you purely do no longer have confidence him. in case you spot 70% of the country truly have confidence him & approximately 25% are very, very puzzled & continuously apprehensive approximately each little thing approximately him. So I have not any concept why he did in spite of yet i do no longer care with regard to this form of stuff reason I have confidence there's a large reason at the back of each little thing he does. so which you would be a sturdy one to do a brilliant form of learn on the President considering you have such deep questions. stable luck! i'm optimistic you will delight in this adventure.

Have you?! I've visited the graves of the many heroes killed in the Philippines during WWII - it's just beyond the University in the Makati-Rizal area.

Didn't Hillary go with Bill that one time when, for a photo op, he stopped on the beach and took some, "random" stones and placed them in the shape of a cross and then said a little prayer (someone forgot to tell him though that there are no stones on Omaha Beach).

I am sure Hillary did in 1994 when President Clinton went there.

What a bizarre question, now every presidential candidate has to visit every grave from every war?

Why don't you check on how many dems in congress served in war versus how many repubs did.

That'll open your eyes.

Not everyone believes in worshipping the dead. We're suppose to have freedom of religion in this country. Wouldn't you rather someone focus on the issues and not on sentiments?
