It means you need to enable cookies for that site to display correctly.
If you have Internet Explorer, click on Tools, Internet Options, select the "Privacy" tab, and under the Settings area, pull the slide bar down to "Accept All Cookies". Then click Apply, then click OK. Voila!
Be careful which websites you visit, as some cookies can be harmful.

You must allow cookies to get into email.
A cookie is a saved file on your PC that records data about websites so that the pc knows the site next time you liog on. it saves information about your activity on that site.
Most are harmless, but some from 3rd party websites can harm your PC.

Cookies are not for eating, they are for tracking you and where you go, some are not harmfull, others can do damage.
