On the Wizards website, see link below it is on the bottom of the page in .pdf format (zipped)

In the DnD section there is a link to character sheets. At the bottom is the 3.0 character sheets.

The 3.5 sheets aren't really different anyway, its what happens to the characters that change, not how the sheet is arranged.

look on ebay, they're bound to have it and it'll be cheap too.
