....some of the foods are making them constipated. What kind of foods are you giving your 10-11 month old? Are you giving juices & water too? Are your kids having a difficult time? Can you give me some suggestions on foods to give them. I feel bad that their little tummies hurt and that they are having such a hard time.... Thanks

sometimes apple juice or a little prune juice can help move that problem right on thru!

Gerber baby food mostly. Graduates. As far as "adult food"
Give 1 year old lots of fruit and veggies. She doesn't like meat to much. Toast with jelly is a favorite too.

Been giving water since 1 month
juice since 2 months

My 11 month old will eat just about anything you give her.. but she does NOT like juice at all! I do give her water in her sippy cup and she loves it! As far as food that constipates her.. we have limited her to one "banana something" a week. Not trying to sound gross.. but if her stool starts getting a little runny, half of a banana seems to get her back on track. However, it can constipate her too if she has too much.
She loves rice, mashed potatoes, ANY beans, but she doesn't really like the texture of meat yet. Rice sometimes constipates her just a little.. but nothing too bad. Good luck to you and hope their bellies start to feel better!

I wouldnt give them any juice,...ever. But feed them lots of fruits and veggies, they will naturally clear them out. You can give them water too, that will def help! My twins had a difficult time when I fed them too many grains. It stopped them right up. I switched to more fruits and veggies and less cheerios and oatmeal.................now they are as regular as can be

If you want to help them out, put a tsp of karo syrup in their milk/formula, or give them 4 oz of apple juice.
