It looks like you have saved a blank copy.

Did you back it up in a separate device?

You're probably typing in a slightly different name. It could be as little as a space that's different from the original. Go into My Documents and search for the report. If you saved it, it's there. Then click the name of the report and click open. It should appear. If this doesn't work, go into My Recent Documents. You should find it there. Saved documents just don't disappear. It's on there somewhere.
