I've jabbed my gums with Doritos but I cut my tongue and roof of my mouth to shreds with Tootsie Pops when I 1st quit smoking...guess I was enjoying them a bit too much.

Oh yes... and it's made me bleed, too. Hasn't happened in a long time, though... not since I got a lower denture and gave up certain chips.
