Hell No!
America was pretty popular in the World while Clinton was in office.
He had a great relationship to most world leaders going and I think it would be greatly beneficial to have him back and involved in presidential affairs.
As to his infidelity - nobody outside the US has ever cared!
It may matter in this prudent country, but most other countries care what kind of politician you are, not who you sleep with.
Here's an example for you: the last German Chancellor was on his 4th wife when he was elected while the minister of foreign affairs was dating a woman 20 years his junior.
I believe most other countries would welcome an opportunity to refresh their friendship with Clinton if his wife was elected into office and he took some sort of international ambassador role.

America does have a short memory, although his direct presence may bring it all back, plus the Hillary factor as well. I believe, that although Bill is terribly charismatic, Hillary may be better off on her own. I don't know what will happen here, she is so recognizable, smart and well spoken, but she has a 'history' as Bill does as well and that is a double whammy in BOTH directions.

Considering that Hillary is Hillary and Bill is Bill (two seperate people) it shouldn't matter. Just like when people think of George W. Bush, they don't immediately associate him with his father.
I truly think if Hillary is elected, people will judge her based on her views on important issues as well as how she runs the country, not what her husband did while he was in office years earlier. Although I wouldn't be surprised if republicans use that against her.

I really don't think so. Bill has more credibility around the world than the current president.

Hillary hurts Hillary's credibility because she stayed with a lying adulterer, even after he left the presidency.
Not to mention that she's a smackhead, and almost as big of a waffler as John Kerry.
